Beautiful machine, makes great coffee. Instructions need improvement though…setting a schedule has more steps than the instructions list. Easy to do once you figure it out, but customer service, though friendly, not particularly helpful. Very happy with the machine.

We have a Stagg Fellow kettle that works beautifully. It heats water quickly and keeps it at a hot temperature while brewing coffee. At one point there was a problem, which customer service helped me resolve through a simple descaling method. Plus the kettle is very attractive!

I love my Aiden coffee machine! I can't believe a machine can make pour over quality coffee. My son found this for me and I'm so happy with it. Also my husband accidentally threw the shower head away and when I reached out they sent me a new one for free! I was seriously shocked. So a great machine and great customer service. 10 stars if I could
