Fantastic customer service!! So refreshing to be able to speak to people who answer the phone and know their product. I was concerned about receiving the duvet we ordered as we are remote and delivery is a challenge for most. I was listened to and called back promptly to be advised who would be delivering and when, my purchase arrived as advised, on time. Great mattress topper, organic materials so it’s very nice that there are no weird off gassing. We are heavier so opted for 3 inch, it’s very luxurious and cushy. If you prefer less cushy, go for 2inch.

Great pillow. Have had a good night's sleep every night since purchase.
