We were searching for a new bed and read about fawcett online - being from South Island, we loved that it was a local company and that we could go to their show room to try out the different options. We found pricing very similar to the big box stores, but the Fawcett mattress came with much better warranty and none of the awful smells or off-gassing we had read about with other brands. Customer service from our first trial visit, through delivery and even into adding a topper for additional comfort - was exceptional, they are all very knowledgeable and offer solutions to the sleep issues we were having. We purchased an extra firm king and added a 2” medium topper as we felt we got the support we wanted from the extra firm, and the cushion on the pressure points with the topper. We are so happy with our purchase and will be slowing switching over all the beds in our home to Fawcett !
