Informative staff!

Had a great experience with the service at Fawcett Mattress. I was a little nervous at one point as I had paid for a white glove delivery in Vancouver even though the Fawcett is located in Nanaimo and Victoria. But when the delivery people said they wouldn't take the old bed away. Fawcett got on the phone with them and organized for another company to come remove the old bed. In the meantime the driver that left called his boss got it okayed and came back to pick up the old bed. It all worked out nicely in the end

High quality. I chose a medium firmness without visiting the store as I'm on the mainland. It was a risk, but I was convinced this would be the best mattress based on reviews. I ended up needing to add a soft topper (I'm a 130 lb. side sleeper), which is great.

Always wanted an organic mattress. Love having a mattress with topper so I can hopefully just replace the topper down the road. I got a medium mattress and added this soft topper, and it's wonderful.
