We bought the Fawcett Galiano with a firm base and medium topper. Although very comfortable, we decided to try for plush, so we ordered the 3" soft topper to put on top (3 layers). We got plush, like floating on a cloud, but still with the great support of the mattress beneath it. Very happy.
