⭐ 1 STAR — IF I COULD GIVE ZERO, I WOULD. The item I received was NOT the item pictured on the website. I contacted FastSub to return it or exchange it, and they initially told me I could NOT return it. I pointed out that their own website clearly states they offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, yet they still refused to give me a reasonable solution. The product is still boxed, unopened, and unused. After going back and forth, they stopped responding to my emails. That’s when I told them I would have my bank deal with it and dispute the charge. I tried to resolve this directly with FastSub. Instead, I got the wrong product, a return policy that apparently means nothing when you actually try to use it, and terrible communication. Don’t advertise a 30-day money-back guarantee if you won’t honor it. Extremely disappointed. Zero stars if that were an option.

After three weeks and no product, I call to be told there was a supply problem and they would be sent out shortly. Two more weeks later, I finally received the product. Wish I was told there was a problem before waiting over a month for product. I could have gotten it elsewhere.

The service was horrible. She was not very fast at all. I waited in line for 15 minutes just to order my food and there was only one person in front of me. She was taking too long to make that customers order.
