The service was horrible. She was not very fast at all. I waited in line for 15 minutes just to order my food and there was only one person in front of me. She was taking too long to make that customers order.

Had damaged product and they didn’t want to do absolutely nothing about it.

Very disappointed. #1 the tumbler didn't work as well, it didn't keep cold n hot drinks , # the sublimation quality wasn't good the image faded. I have customer complaints about this tumbler, it wasn't the ink, it was this particular tumbler.

Never got my order and never got a refund.

Was so excited but unfortunately a few of them leak from the top.
