The first order was slow to arrive, but the packaging was extraordinary! I have kept the boxes in case of an unforeseen move. The literature with the cookware seems very good. I need to spend more time with it but I have just moved. Assuredly well written and well presented are the care and warranty instructions. JC Penney is the only local store to carry Farberware.
