Shutters arrived when due and look very nice.

I bought a single set of shutters, and the first set I received was damaged. I called and spoke with a helpful representative, who instructed me to email pictures of the damage. After I had, a new pair was sent out immediately and arrived in good condition. I was pleasantly surprised with the helpfulness of the representative and the very prompt response. The customer service exceeded my expectations for an online retailer.
