I had a problem with initial order of shutters(my mistake not yours) and was helped by Ken and we worked out the proper size, the order was shipped and received in a few days as promised. All good. My only concern is when I dealt with Ken he said he would e-mail return instructions which I have not yet received. I would like to return wrong size shutters if possible. Please advise me of the procedure. Thank you, Tom Neville

Very nice shutters! I purchased basically the budget shutters not expecting much, but they were just as nice as anything I've seen. The customer service was very helpful when discussing colors, matching Sherwin Williams paint information, and other items. I'm very happy, especially since I got great service with the cheapest prices I've seen anywhere on the 'net.
