We ordered 10 pair of shutters for the house. The 17 individual shutters that arrived intact are beautiful. We are awaiting a re shipment of the 3 damaged shutters. It was the fault of the shipping company. I suggest you unwrap your delivery no matter how long it takes before you accept delivery. Exterior Solutions is replacing the shutters that were damaged. However, the waiting time is irritating because the RhinoShield workers will have to return to finish their work. Perhaps Exterior Solutions could provide a little more protection in their packing boxes.

Liked the product, much nicer than a similar shutter we ordered from the big orange box store. Only reason I didn't give five stars was because we ordered open louver and received closed. Worked out though, my wife actually likes the closed louver look.

I love the shutters I ordered. They are excellent quality. I just wish I received an email confirmation after I placed my order. I wasn't sure my order went through and I didn't receive a receipt.

just received my louvered today! They look fantastic!! The nature wood grain looks amazing. I can hardly wait to put them up. Thank you once again and hope to do business with you again. The only negative I have is that I ordered the width of 17 inches and three-quarters but was sent 18 inches.
