Easy to order and great quality ! Had all my sizes I needed...

We were very pleased with the quality of our shutters. What I was most impressed with was the customer service. I had placed an order but due to poor computer connectivity did not receive a screen saying my order had been received etc.. I assumed that the order did not get processed. A few hours later when I had better computer connection, I placed the exact order again. Unfortunately, and I didn't know at the time but both of these orders went through. I didn't realize it until both boxes arrived and we had to two order numbers and two sets of our order. I was so afraid they would not allow me to return the extra set. When I called and explained what happened they were very accommodating and gave a full refund for the extra order. We will absolutely use Exterior Solutions in the future. Thank you!
