When the product has been delivered to me I will be pleased to write a review. I can tell you now that I ordered outside shutters for my house on Sept 6th, noting the estimated delivery date -- including the additional time noted on your cite for "application of a primer." When I called recently to inquire the status of my order I was told it will be shipped around the 13th of October because "painting the product add 7-10 days." So be it, but check the information posted on your cite: I did not see a reference to an additional week to ten days for painting, only the reference to additional time if one wished to have the items primed. My interpretation was that some folks decide to save money and time by omitting the primer and having the product painted without being primed. Again, I am not in a rush... I just think the information on your cite is incomplete. Thanks

Love the shutters ...took forever to get.

The products that we received were of high quality and although we have not installed them, they appear to be a simple installation. There were no tracking number where I could track the shipment which was very slow.

Web site was easy to use. High end product. These were custom made shutters and installation was a snap.
