Started out to replace 4 out of 16 shutters. Became so involved in custom color arrangements, ordered 35" length (website default) by mistake when 71" required. Re-ordered, pointed out to company may be better to require customer to enter length, and received a 20% discount on new order. New order arrived and still perfect color match. Better than average customer service.

Initial shutter deliver had manufacturing and shipping damage. Customer Service handled the situation promptly and had replacements shipped within a few days!

I recently covered a window opening that had been covered over with OSB with a pair of vinyl shudders I purchased from Exterior Solutions. I ordered them online and they showed up within a week. The instructions that came with them made the installation a straightforward stress free process. Oh yeah, they look great!

My shutters are great (although I have not installed them yet). They were reasonably priced and arrived within 3 weeks.
