I HAD BOUGHT 11 PAIRS OF SHUTTERS SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND ON 5/14/2014 WE HAD A HAIL STORM WITH GOLF BALL SIZED HAIL AND ONE PAIR OF SHUTTERS WAS DAMAGED BY THE HAIL STORM. I CONTACTED EXTERIOR SOLUTIONS AND ENTERED MY COLOR, SIZE, STYLE ETC ON THE COMPUTER AND WITHIN A FEW MOMENTS IT SHOWED A PICTURE OF THE SHUTTERS THAT WAS EXACTLY THE ONES I HAD ORDERED SEVERAL YEARS PREVIOUS AND I WAS ABLE TO ORDER ONLY ONE SET OF SHUTTERS AND THEY WERE SHIPPED PROMPTLY AND MATCHED EXACTLY. I ordered the shutters via telephone and received them about 4 days later. The 1-page set of instructions that came with each box stated that it was "For Siding Made of: Wood, Vinyl or Aluminum," and it instructs you to drill a 5/16" hole through the siding. THIS IS WRONG AND SHOULD BE CORRECTED! When I called in the lady was very nice and sent me metal screws.
