Spin down filter is nice works fine.

I bought this hoping to get 4 gallons of water at a time. Can't get more than 2.5 gallons. Very disappointed

Even with a 20 micron filter prior to this 5 micron filter I still have sediment getting through to the hot water tank and cold water taps

I had problems with broken glass uv tube, O ring missing. I had to order again with them which delivered fast because delivery in California. I don’t see ROA filter working properly.. observed water pressure going in to it is good but no filtered water coming out.. & some water going to drain. Couldn’t reach support team. Lot of times I will be in waiting and call disconnects.
