I have a “subscription” with

I have a “subscription” with express water (EW) for a whole house filter replacement set (3). This last order was canceled by EW because they said they didn’t have 1 of the 3 filters. They didn’t delay the shipment until the got it, they canceled it for the entire year. Why would any business do that? Regardless, I ordered 1 filter and what u got was different than last time and it took them a month to fulfill. EW seems to be having issues. Hopefully they aren’t going out of business.

I bought an 3 filter

I bought an 3 filter set. Over charged on my last order. . I knew something was wrong, as I never received confirmation notice of my placed order nor tracking info. When I called about it, girl put me on hold then came back & said it had shipped. Didn’t realize the price difference until I received my CC statement. Since I never received my confirmation I can’t prove what my purchase price was versus what was charged. Never happened before, but not crazy about this situation. Going forward I will always require & keep the all order info.
