I accidentally ordered the wrong product. I didn’t know that you made two different 20 inch filters. I needed the 4 inch and you sent me the 2.5.

They do the job they are supposed to do. We are happy.

I ordered 2 day shipping and got it 5 days later. Customer service took care of the issue and issued me a refund on shipping.
