I actually went to the warehouse and picked it up myself. I did chat with the people online to ask for links for the installation video because the links that came with the paperwork did not work. They gave it to me right away and they worked great.

Very happy. No issues. Expectations were met.

So far happy, time needed to ensure we dont get residue from hard water, but can see things soaping up better already. One reason I put this in is I can a combi condensation boiler put in and hard water is not good for these systems. Obviously, a system that just did hot would not help with that issue.
