Base was jarred loose in shipping container for resin unit. Installer was able to reposition the base.

Shipping was very fast and any questions I had were answered satisfactorily. Everything came with the filter that was needed for installation. Additional pipe and fittings, shut off valves were supplied by the plumber as a sprinkler line had to be plumbed separately from the system and we wanted a bypass set up for the filter as well.
