The EVO E3000 is the BEST SALT FREE WATER SOFTENER of the PRESENT & is the MOST COST SAVING ever. Every HOUSEHOLD NEEDS to buy one. This EVO E3000 SYSTEM saves me MONEY. I do not have to buy anymore Water Softener Pellets which is 20lbs to 40 lbs HEAVY from either Wal- Mart, Lowe's, Menards and HOME DEPOT The water from my refrigerator tastes great. Prompt response and replacement

Filters showed up right around the one year mark. An issue with the installer having to supply water from the right side was cured easily by their customer service agent sending a corrected label at n/c a GREAT experience.
