Could do Better
After nearly 2 weeks hadn't received order and it still hadn't been despatched. Emailed customer services - eventually got reply saying it would be sent in next few days. Still didn't receive it so contacted customer services telling them to cancel order. Again, after a couple of days got reply saying they would give me a refund. Typically, a couple of days later, the order arrived! Contacted customer services to tell them and that they need to bill me again, but very kindly they said the keep it free of charge which was appreciated
