Even though I wanted this oven to be amazing, I was a bit sceptical about the 60 second claim. So on my first pizza (garlic bread just to test) I was proved correct. It too a little under 40 seconds! I cannot heap enough superlatives on the Ooni. Its incredible and really REALLY does produce outstanding quality pizza very quickly. I've used professional wood fired pizza ovens plenty of times before and now I am left with the question why? The Ooni beats them for speed, quality (think design) and convenience. I bought the 12" Fyre for a family of 4 and its perfect for our needs and size. I'd say about 1/2 litre of wood pellets = 5 awesome pizza's. Top tip, quality ingredients = quality pizza. For my next trick I will take it on a picnic to impress our friends. I ordered direct from Ooni in NL and it arrived 3 days later to Spain.

Great service and response from start to finish. Did have an issue after delivery but was very quickly addressed and product is amazing. Website was easy to use clear and concise with packages to suit for any use cases.
