Ordered 4 items from Ooni and I was very surprised that they arrived in 3 separate deliveries! And I had to chase up each one. While the Customer Service team reacted when I contacted them, it took time for the full order to arrive. Actual products are good.

The koda16 is a very good product, however the performance are not in line with the desctiption since the oven doesn't reach the 450°C. The shipping was punctual and the package was Great

I received a mail that the gloves are no available. i opened the shop and learned that the goves are out of stock and could not be ordered. Leaves an image to your marketing which does not match my previous experience.

At the very first use, the creosote has taken the coating off the oven, I contacted the customer service and not a replacement was offered, rather a 25 EUR cash refund is made. Although the oven is fully functional, I have got an issue with its physical appearance. If I were Ooni, I would want my customer to fully in love with my product, not to have mixed feelings. An option for a full replacement should have been offered as an option. I could not be satisfied with my purchase, sorry.

dont buy from website, buy locally and avoid import taxes that makes product more expensive then if one bought locally. not very well informed about on website. Packaging was good, delivery a bit slow.
