My rug from and experience with Ernesta exceeded my expectations on every dimension: Ordering samples (with convenient options to return) was so easy and made choosing the right rug easy. Ordering my rug was so intuitive and easy - even with an odd custom size. I was utterly floored with how quickly my custom size arrived. I highly recommended the addition of the attached felt pad. It’s a game-changer. Finally, the quality and look of my rug is amazing. I sourced other custom rugs for my space that were literally 4x the price of this rug but the quality of the Ernesta (in both look and feel) rivals and bests all the other options I explored. The Audrey rug in grey is gorgeous- subtle, sophisticated and high end. But honestly so many of the samples I considered were equally beautiful. 10/10! Well done Ernesta for creating a product and experience that utterly delights customers!
