It was easy to order my HM Aeron chair online.

Delivery was easy. They called me shortly before stopping by and it was brought inside my front door. The chair comes assembled to you simply open box and roll it out and remove some protective plastic around the wheels and it's ready to go.

Had to get two new bases for my chairs as they weren’t level.
