I love the Grove Flatware set I ordered. I experienced a problem with delivery and the customer service agents I spoke with were very kind and helpful. In my experience, EQ3 is a first rate company.

Took a chance on this clock, and glad I did. I liked the style but wasn’t sure if it would have a loud ticking sound. It’s quiet as a mouse. The lack of numbers makes it visually quiet too. It’s a nice addition to the living room, having a simple “stupid” way of knowing the time makes it easier to leave the phones out of reach.
