EQ3 was great. Product ok.

Customer service communicated clearly and in a timely fashion about the delays with the fabric.

We had a problem with marks on the fabric and they were very good with rectifying the problem. They offered a full exchange or a reduced price, we opted for the exchange and are currently waiting for the new one to arrive. Vet hi pressed with their team who kept us informed of what was going on
