Ordered 23/10 and still had neither my order or any contact from cladded and its now 1/11/22.

Two out of four panels were damaged on arrival, which meant we couldn't complete my disabled wetroom. First time using this company. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately the panels arrived damaged. I could not get through to anyone over the phone, only via email. We asked for a replacement which didn't arrive for a further 5 days later. When the replacement panels arrived, we discovered that they were not the same style as we requested. As this project only had a short window to be completed, we had to find an alternative solution to get it completed on time. Having spent over £200.00 plus the expense of find an alternative solution, they offered us a £17.00 refund. Not impressed if I'm being honest.
