The site still miss some features like to add to favorites from customer account. I would loved more if there would have been more pictures (clear ones as well of course) of the products from different angles in a presence of different referrences (humans for example). Regarding the shipping of orders, it takes quite a while for abroad, perhaps it's out of your hands. For the moment this is my feedback.

The bag I purchased was different from the photo - the lynxes were positioned upside down and no lynxes on the reverse side. Also, there was no label on the bag. Sadly I had to return the item I planned to give my daughter for her birthday.
