I have had a problem with the package as I have ordered som items for a gift for our grandson. The parcel was quite badly ruined during the transportation. I have let PENTIK know this and soon they have sent me a new package all in order. I have only to applaud to PENTIK for their very good custom service but the transportation to other countries isn’t always so careful. Thank you!
