Great hose!

Very robust and sturdy - better than any I have purchased previously. With the wheels it is extremely easy to move around. One thing to note with the extra capacity kit is it allows a hose of up to 200 ft to fit. I would say that would be the case if you took the time to wind it very tightly - my 150 ft hose barely fits when casually winding it. This reel took me a bit of time to assemble and some of the initial parts I received were flawed and I had to request new parts. Eley quickly got the replacement parts out and got it assembled fully a few days later. All in all worth the money (as it is definitely on the pricier end for a hose reel)!

We ordered the hose on a Sunday, it shipped within a couple days and had it by the following week. It came packaged perfectly. We don't have a single complaint. Great product, Great company!

I was blown away the the quality and construction of this hose. The hoses at the local hardware store, Home Depot or Lowes can't even compare to the Eley hoses and fittings!
