I contacted the customer support for issues with my order with photos. I only received an incomplete message saying "Thank you for sharing. We will review and get", but no more response anymore.

One part of my order arrived intact. One arrived broken. One never arrived. I have left messages by phone and reached out by email. I could get a response through the chat on the website but was assured they would follow up to replace the broken part of my order and fulfill the part of my order that was never sent. That was a week ago and I haven’t heard anything since (despite following up with them by phone). These products are expensive. To be hung out to dry like this is incredibly frustrating if anyone from ecozoi sees this… return my messages, please!

Quality of steel doesn’t look good

My order got sent to the wrong address and when I contacted customer service, they didn’t help me update the address.
