The product is good, but customer service is absolutely horrible. They didn't answer many of my emails about returning one incorrect product. I have bought 3 other products from them. I waited over a month after they received the returned product to get a credit back. After repeated emails asking for the status of my refund, & not getting any replies from them, I finally had to call Paypal & make a dispute to finally get my money back. I could not even find a customer service phone # for them. K don't believe they have one. I certainly will never buy from them again & will tell anyone I know that is interested in their products to use another manufacturer.
