I’ve been sleeping in my new bed for a month now and it is very comfortable. I like a plush bed and got the medium with the soft latex topper. It’s sleeps cooler and has reduced hip and shoulder pain. Excellent quality and very reasonably priced. I was disappointed with the lack of communication from customer service regarding the length of time to fulfill my order. I had to inquire a couple times for status updates since it was taking longer than what website indicated and the lack of knowledge from the reps concerned me. I am very happy with the actual product though!

it was fine

I bought the topper when I was in Downers Grove but it was to bringin Montreal Quebec. Then I didn't try it and is still in the plastic. Tomorrow, I am going back to Montreal and I will try it and be able to tell you if I enjoy it. Write me in one or two weeks later and I will give you a survey.

I've been enjoying my Eco Terra 3" mattress topper. It adds just the right amount of extra comfort I was hoping for. The zip cover is well made, and I really appreciate that the natural latex has no chemical fumes like some memory foam toppers. All in all I am very happy with my 3" soft Eco Terra topper.

Excellent product, excellent service.
