Great

Super soft but durable

Received a damaged mattress and the response team was very prompt to process the return and send a new one! As for the mattress, very comfortable and I am very pleased with it. However, it does have a rubbery smell to it. Had to let it air out for about a week before I didn't notice it.

This mattress was exactly what we wanted. Very comfortable and the medium firmness perfect for us, no additional latex topper needed. Great customer service and efficient shipping.

Love everything about the quality and comfort! Well worth the expense!
