Easy Garage Storage

I preordered cabinets - 2 tall and 2 short - with a scheduled delivery for 11/14. No cabinets. I get a call on 11/15 from the freight company. They are “very busy” and can’t deliver until after Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, I’ll be gone for two weeks after Thanksgiving, so I’m not certain when actual delivery will happen. Very disappointing.

I am still waiting for the cabinets. It was shipped April 12 and the map says it should only take 4 business days to get here. We are well past that. Help?? Dave carlstrom1979@gmail.com

I have had an awful experience with this company. The wrong information Waz told to me in an email, it took a week longer than stated for the product to arrive. I was only up to date due to calling everyday. Eventually a manager did get involved and helped for a couple days. Once the product finally arrived all 8 tall cabinets were damaged to a point of no repair! I have made multiple attempts to resolve the matter as far as what to do with the damaged cabinets, with no response. So that I may wait for a second round of cabinets.

I placed an order on 12/23 during a 15% off sale period. The website checkout would not allow the 15% discount for some reason. I was assured by an employee that I would be credited the discount later if I completed the purchase at that time. That was two weeks ago and at least 3 phone calls later, I still haven't received credit for the 15% off my order of $2230.95 or any reasonable explanation at to when I can expect it. Very frustrating and deceptive.
