Easy Garage Storage

Received cabinets without any hardware to put them together. Called the first time to explain nothing was sent, packaged arrived with hardware for only one cabinet when I ordered six (but with only one leg and one handle where there was supposed to be two). Called the second time and explained I needed hardware by a certain day and that had to be one day delivery, Easy Garsge agreed. Package did not arrive on time, come to find out that Easy Garage sent the package late evening (9pm) and wouldn’t be delivered as promised. Had to pay the contractor that installed the cabinets an additional $250 for rescheduling a second time. Thanks for costing me more money Easy Garage.

Nice looking product but misc dings and scratches, boxes smashed upon delivery.

The communication and follow up on my back order items was unprofessional and an overall frustrating experience

I was delivered the wrong items. I hired an assembler however he wasn't able to put my items together because I was shipped the wrong items. For example thw shavings should have been 60 width i receivedv48". I called last Saturday but no one was available to take the call so I left a message. I hope they will call me back and send me the correct items paid for.

Packed in 11 different boxes that took 3 days to get all the boxes from UPS. Cabinets are of poor quality material as well as poor joinery. Not what I was Thinking for garage. Reenforced and will make them work for now.
