The design of our closet was flawed. The draws come close to touching our door frame. It's going to be difficult to open the draws completely.

Closet rods consistently too large to fit, holes used to hold rod mounting hardware occasionally missing.

Very disappointed with the product. I spent several thousand dollars on my closet fixture, however you’d think it was only a few hundred. There are no backs to the closet so you see right through to the back wall and any defects from previous closet fixtures. The face plates are of cheap material and feel like when you pull on the handle to open the drawer you may rip it right off accidentally. Pieces were missing on my delivery, including a rod so I couldn’t hang up anything in one section. As for the clothing rods, they are so far forward in the shelf that half the hanger and your clothes hang out past the structure leaving 3/4 of the cubby wasted space. I can’t express enough how disappointed I am with this purchase - it was 100% a waste of money and there are certainly better options out there.
