Great service and regular updates on delivery.

Shipping took about a week as it was special freight (flammable liquid).

I never received my initial order, before I made the enquiry about the status of the order, MAD contacted me as they never received the tracking from the courier company. So in this respect the customer service is commendable, I will not hesitate to buy from this company again

The shipping service was bad. I asked for it to be left by the front door (where it would not be visible from the street). IT WAS NOT. It would be really good if companies would use my PO Box number - that's a secure services and not subject to the whims of delivery drivers.

It took so long to arrive after placing the order. Then after I received an email saying it had been shipped, it took 4 days to then be left outside my gate (150m from the house) without any notification. I had left instructions for it to be left under the carport.
