Shipping, ordered on a Thursday, DM doesn't ship on Friday's so took more time to receive the mattress.

The mattresses took a few days longer to arrive than promised. Advertising a three day delivery when shipping from the East Coast to the West Coast is kind of sporty. I recommend the medium firm mattress. It is good for side and back sleeping - I do both!

Somewhat poor communication with the Customer... Can be better on delivery info.

They didn’t advise me the mattress was on back order…I had to keep asking where my mattress was.
