We ordered the mattress on November 16th. We did not receive it until December 13th. The big issue was trying to connect with someone. We kept sending emails and trying to call. Our son in law finally contacted someone through the Facebook page and got the ball rolling

Delivery was timely. Good quality although I wish I had gotten a thicker/softer mattress. This is my sixth mattress from Dynasty. I was slightly disappointed this one came smudged with grease on the one corner like someone stepped on it in prepping to ship.

I like it.
