I had originally ordered the 14” Grand CoolBreeze, but then notified it was out of stock. I called company direct and the customer service lady I spoke with was SO helpful! She asked how I sleep (side) and what I was wanting. She recommended the 14.5” Plush CoolBreeze. It was cheaper than original order and the refund went to my card within 3 days. Shipped to me in 1 day. Set it up — expanded to full height in about 2 hours. The Plush CoolBreeze has been a lifesaver!!!! I previously had hip, back and neck pain (from Tempurpedic that was too firm for me) My pain is almost nonexistent with this new mattress!!!! This is the best money I have spent in a long time!! Going to order one for my daughter who had medical hip and back pain.

Let’s be honest: you don’t know what you’ve got until it’s gone. I had no idea how horrible my previous bed was until I was blessed with this beautiful supportive mattress. I’ve never in my life slept as great as I do on this mattress. Mine took about 6 hours to fully inflate and let me tell you - you’ll be upset you didn’t switch to this sooner! Thank you Dynasty for making a high quality mattress that’s AFFORDABLE.
