Horrible! I was sent the wrong size glass and now I'm out $160. The company just ignored me when I asked for a credit towards the correct size.

Wrong size and zero return policy. I’ll be working with your competitors. The size changed back to the default when I changed the style on your website.

I placed an order for glass patio table insert. I canceled my order because I ordered the wrong thickness. I placed a new order with all the same dimensions except I changed the thickness from 1/4" to 3/16". When my glass arrived it was 20" diameter, not the 23-1/2" I requested. I contacted customer service. They said there would be no refund because it was a special order. After I explained the mistake they made, they said I'd get a call and an e-mail from thier manager. I was never contacted.

We have not received the glass top yet!

Never delivered order. Won’t refund the amount they charged me. Customer service doesn’t know what happened to my order. In sum a terrible experience.
