I advised your company that tree secret was not working and instead of refunding my money they advised me to BUY another product. My hard earned money can’t be WASTED. Why didn’t you offer another product free of charge since tree secret didn’t work as promised?

Poor results after 2 months. Arborvitaes are still brown and show no improvement. Snake oil.
