Looks stunning, easy to clean (vacuum/spot cleaning - we haven’t had to wash it yet) As other reviews suggest, you’ll need two people to lay it flat if you’re buying a large rug, but it’s easy enough to get a nice flat rug if you don’t try and do it by yourself.

Great customer service, quick to reply. Return service is super easy (exchanged for another one which suited the space better). Would recommend!

Love my rug. The tones are soft and muted. Greige / earthy greyish brown. Not as dark as it looks online. Matches with most colours. The only issue is the shedding, but this is expected with a wool rug. Was advised this should settle after 3 months.

The rug came quickly, was well package and easy to assemble. Really happy with our purchase
