So far, so good! The foam top layer is to replace a latex layer: I thought I was fully 'team latex' after sleeping on a latex hybrid mattress, but I could never get comfortable enough to get more than 2 hours of continuous sleep, so I have great hopes for this foam "comfort layer" (medium firm). I have had it two weeks and I can already see improvement - I no longer feel like I need to get out of bed at 3 am and I don't seem to toss and turn as much. This could be because I have had foam mattresses most of my life, and while I did like latex, it takes getting used to. I love, love, love that this option was available from DLX! It took me 3 different mattresses, from 2 companies to find them, but if I get some decent sleep, it was worth the journey.

Amazing customer service! DLX was incredibly helpful when we were stuck making a decision. Ultimately, they helped us get the soft topper (started with medium) which is perfect for us side sleepers. We typically like a medium-firm mattress and were surprised how much we love the soft DLX but we sure do! Will absolutely be buying more DLX mattresses when new ones are needed in other bedrooms.

This is the second set of medium twin XL mattresses I have bought for my girls' homes. They love a plush feel but good support. They use with a 3" 4lb. memory foam topper bought from another vendor. This is the perfect mattress for them.
