I installed my new water
I installed my new water softener myself on 10/01/2021, and it was very easy to install. It has been working flawlessly until last month (Feb 2025). My gallons used flow meter stopped showing usage after regenerating. I contacted DWS and was sent a new meter cable that connects between the turbine and the system control. However the cable pictured above was not the problem. I contacted DWS again and they determined that the turbine was not working. DWS quickly shipped me a new turbine that did in fact correct the problem.
Also it was very easy to replace the new parts as well. Thanks DWS for your excellent help and service. Gary B
