Hyphen

I am so enjoying the Hyphen Mattress. Love the way it came in the box. My husband said it was so easy. Have slept better than I have in such a long time.

Comfortable, affordable, easy set up. A little softer than I expected but not a big deal.

Ok, so I wrote a less than great review for the original Hyphen that I had bought, but it just wasn't for me... this topper, however??? GAME CHANGER!! It is exactly what I had decided to replace the original Hyphen with... the new Temperpedic with the soft topper.... I'm so glad I was patient and allowed the company to assist me. I really believe in this company and hope others with chronic pain issues, pregnancy, or those who just require the "perfect" mattress for them.... this company seems to know how to get it done. I only gave them a 4 star because it moves a bit since the fabrics are both so soft and there's no traction. I'm sure they will include velcro or a strap at some point!! They're great and I expect them to take over the "Mattress in a Box" niche quite quickly. Thanks for reading...

So far the mattress is as expected. Good comfort and met expectations. There needs to be some improvement on communicating expected delivery. It took almost 2 weeks to deliver and was never informed of status until I pestered support.

I ordered a box spring foundation and i ended up not needing it. I never even opened the box it came in and i wanted to return it but whenever i called no one answered and i left several voicemail messages and never recieved a call back. I also wrote a few emails and recieved no reply. In my final email i told them that i didnt want to file a claim with bbb but i would if i had to and only then did i recieve an email back. If you want people to recommend your mattress to others you need to work on your customer service, people dont want to be on hold forever only to be told to leave message and never be called back.
