Hyphen

Since I got my hyphen mattress, I sleep peacefully without tossing and turning. I wake up without aches and pains.

We used to sleep on a spring mattress with memory foam pillow top, but it quickly developed grooves in it and I would constantly have to shift around as the springs dug into my ribs. The first night we had this mattress, I noticed that I do not need to shift around, that the pressure on the ribs is much less. I woke up and it took e a while, but soon realized that I didn't have the same pains that I used to have after waking. I definitely feel more rested and ready for the day - which is important when you have a newborn.

Great so far

We researched this bed and three others before we made our purchase. We were most impressed with Hyphen. Through our research, we found that most of the companies offer a lot of the same features as Hyphen. What won us over though, was the 20 year warranty, the fact that the mattress cover can be taken off to be washed and is hypoallergenic, and the price was very fair. I have bad allergies and sleeping through the night was not an option with our previous mattress. I can tell a huge difference now with the hyphen. I call this bed a trap because I've honestly never gotten better sleep in my life. Storms always wake me up, and I sleep right through them. I am not restless through the night, and I wake up refreshed from a great nights sleep. We made the right decision with The Hyphen mattress, you won't regret your decision!

We had an old mattress and were starting to get some back/shoulder pain. We did not want to spend thousands of dollars on a mattress and though we would give Hyphen a shot: 1) Technical Support- Was amazing! I ordered the mattress online and there was an issue with payment (PayPal). Technical Support actually called PayPal on my behalf to get to the bottom of the issue and they called me back to assist with a resolution. Basically, the issue was on PayPal's end and technical support did all the leg work for me. 2) Ordering- Hyphen's website was very easy to navigate. Once I was able to place the order it was sent to fulfillment and delivered within a week. 3) Set up- I watched the video and setting up the mattress was just as easy. The simple directions are in the box as well to make it very user friendly. 4) Smell- I expected there to be a bit of a smell after "opening" the mattress. I was surprised that I did not experience this. After opening I let the mattress "air out" for a couple of hours and it was just fine. 5) Comfort- We've only had the mattress for a week so I can't speak to longevity, however, it has been extremely comfortable and could not be happier! It is nice having the 100 day trial but a this point we could not be happier!!
