Hammock arrived on date promised and well packaged with no damage. Came in a nice nylon zipped bag for storage in the off season. Heavy duty chains hooked onto my metal frame quickly and easily. Sitting in it felt sturdy and comfortable. Lovely shade of green that I hope won't fade too much in the AZ sun.

Ordering was easy and the summersale discount was much appreciated. Delivery was prompt with a minor parts issue which was resolved promptly.
