I gave it 4 stars because the couch is too light, and moves everytime you sit on it. The need no come up with some anchoring system, to make it heavier after assembly. Otherwise very comfy

Sofa was difficult to put together as pieces would not line up. After two weeks sofa still has a chemical smell.

We love our loveseat with the chaise, and would order it again. It fits our mobile and often space-limited season of life, while remaining stylish and comfortable. However, we have one quibble that I hope Burrow will consider as it develops. The seat portion of the chaise cushion naturally sinks a lot more than the leg portion (makes sense -- supports more weight on the regular). It seems to wear down much quicker (we've had this couch only a couple of weeks and already notice it), and this could probably be prevented with a little extra firm padding in that section of the cushion. I'm trying to find a way to DIY this extra support now. Again, I still love the concept and overall quality of the couch, and would recommend it. But this seems an avoidable issue that I hope, especially given the innovative problem solving that sets Burrow apart, they will figure out soon. It would raise the bar and make this a perfect buy.

This handsome couch really eliminated the stress involved with getting a good looking couch into our basement. The 2 entrance points to the basement, not to mention the enclosed stairwell make it difficult to furnish stylishly. Thanks Burrow - we'll be back.
